As the other reviews have shown, Russ is fabulous. He's always on time, super polite, and always answers my questions thoroughly. We bought our furnace, AC, and water heater through this company and would likely never switch. Please assure us customers that you're grooming other techs in Russ' image. Our fear is that he'll retire someday!
