Started with a 33% deposit in Sept 2023. The project was delayed numerous times and took over 6 months to start. After the second payment was made the progress has been even slower. They did quickly rip the cabinets out and moved/disabled all the appliances. It's been a bit like an extended camping trip. Cooking on a hotplate in the basement and washing the dishes in a laundry sink has become tedious! When their
lead job supervisor unexpectedly quit the work has pretty much come to a standstill for the past 5 weeks.
I am very much looking forward to giving future progress reports and especially a final review saying we have an Elegant kitchen and it was well worth the wait.
I started this review in May. They sent a couple of guys from a sub contractor June 7, to make a template for the kitchen counter top. I have enquired a few times to get an installation date at first one was not available but now my emails go unanswered. I doubt that I will ever be able to recommend Interiors With Elegance.
