Inspections By Gibson

I've hired Alden Gibson twice now to inspect houses I've been considering purchasing, and couldn't be happier. He's very thorough- wants the buyers there while he does his inspection, and unlike others walks you through each room/ floor/ area, pointing out both small and larger issues. His advice about getting stuff fixed was great (suggested that most of it I could do myself, and explained how). He even made suggested for future finishing of the basement, and showed me where an extra electrical line entered the house.
