Paid 3 separate abmin charges in one month 9 3 and 12..zero customer support highest rates..untrained and unprofessional techs and services..supervisors are even less useful than front line workers on help line..go anywhere but here ..fast

We woke up one night and it felt hot in the house so I checked the thermostat and it was 77F but it was set at 72F, when the sun came up at 6:00am we went out to check the unit and found that the fan wasn't turning. We called at 8:00am to complain and they said they couldn't get to our home until the next day between 5-9pm, we were in an extreme heat wave and we have a one year old at home, they said that they would put us on a cancellation list. Fifteen minutes later they called and said that they would be at our home in an hour. It was fixed in 20 minutes, we were very thankful for the very quick response. We also have a maintenance plan so the repair didn't cost us a cent!!!!!

Do not use this company. The sales guy that came out was friendly and that part went smooth. Next the installers. The were friendly and very polite. Couldn't have wanted more there.

Now for the down side. There was a small part broken on my air conditioner while installing. I was told they were going to order the part and give me a call. 3 weeks later no call so I called them. Still nothing was even ordered and yet I was told that my air conditioner would only last without this part for about a month.
After taking a day off for them to come fix it, I get a call that they have to cancel and reschedule. They finally worked me in for today at 2 pm. It's now 3:30 and no sign of them and not even a call to say they are going to late. I called their line and the girl told me she'll send them a message but couldn't tell me anything more.
This is the MOST unprofessional company I have ever done business with and wouldnt recommend them if they were the last company on the planet.
Once they have your money, they just don't care anymore.
I thought because they were part of a "big name chain" things would be better then going with the small local guy......stupid me!

The installer did a good job installing but I wish I had read up on installations beforehand. It could have been mentioned to me that the tank could be put on little stands to keep it off the floor. Also, they should have come for a pre visit to see how the tank would come out. I had to cut a hole in my bathroom wall to get the old tank out because the new furnace was in the way, which also made it easier for the new tank to go in. They were clean and courteous, and also protected floors while doing their work.

Installed 2 furnaces and 1 air conditioner. They had some difficulties but worked through them. They came back a couple of times to fix small problems but service was very good and we were compensated for our time.

I hired Direct energy business services to clean my ducts and they did a fantastic job. they showed up on time, their quality was great and their customer service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend them to others.

My husband set up an account with direct energy and got our address wrong by 1 number. He later corrected the mistake and paid the money owed. Several months later we got sent to collections for gas we didn't use, at an address we never lived at and so could not have received a bill for. They knew the address was wrong, because my husband called to fix it. They also knew we would never receive a bill for that account because the address was wrong. Now we have to pay for gas we never used or they can ruin our credit. Do not use direct energy.

They were quick to do estimate and scheduled furnace installation quite soon. There was one small leak found by city inspector which was repaired quickly by Direct Energy. The maintenance call after one year was done well.

This summer my Air Conditioning was broken so asked Direct energy marketing limited and got very good deal. Very Good customer service. They did there job so quickly. It is Very Good company, good management. I also got nice 5 years warranty.

A sell was coming from our furnace room (not gas) and called Direct Energy for maintenance. They game within the scheduled time - Bonus!, and preformed a tuneup. Not sure what was done, but the problem solved.
