Peter was extremely attentive, quick to respond and provided a very reasonable quote for a small job to stucco our second-storey window frame. He explained everything up front and added details based upon neighbouring homes. He was meticulous and ensured our satisfaction every step of the way. We could not be happier! Highly recommend!

Sterling Stucco and Renos is family owned and operated business and since 2003 we provide our customers with excellent services. In June 2016, Sterling Stucco was contracted by Mr. Sayed Hasnain to do stucco on the house at 1263 Mohawk Rd. East, Hamilton, ON. During the course of the work our company discovered gross violations of Ontario’s Building Code and City of Hamilton by-laws. Mr. Hasnain pushed us to do the job with full knowledge of ongoing infractions. Therefore, Sterling Stucco and Renos considered the contract to be null and void and we notified the homeowner in writing and in person. All our payments are based on the work performed and we received money for work already done. We find it rather interesting that Mr. Hasnain wrote damaging review year after the fact. We refuse to be part of shady projects, even if it means getting spiteful reviews.

Peter, his son and a helper did work at our property. We hired them because their rates were "reasonable". I was naïve, however, and gave almost 80% when more than half the work was still pending. Sure enough, the whole crew vanished along with all my money leaving the job less than half finished! The quality of work already completed was average though, not too good but not too bad either (our home inspector however didn't pass it). Do yourselves a favour, spend a little more and hire a more reliable company!

We worked with Peter who is the owner. Did a really nice job on my home. It looks wonderful and he worked with us as we made decisions and changes on the fly! Highly recommend.

Peter did a fantastic job with exterior stucco application on my house. He is a person we can easily deal with. He is really honest, punctual moreover he has many great ideas about the designs and colors. The job was finished on time and it was very well done. I have received a lot of appreciation about his work from my relatives and neighbours.

(I am confused by the address for this business - but the Oakville & Burlington phone number matches - hopefully I am rating the right company) Sterling Stucco did the upper half of a 2 story home to match the previously painted brick - at about the same cost as siding. Peter and his helper worked tirelessly to finish the home before the cold weather arrived. And did a beautiful job. Peter was easy to deal with, happy to make anything right, has a great work ethic and provided a list of his previous projects. I would have no issue recommending the company, just as someone in the neighbourhood had referred him to me. The other homes we viewed appear to have endured well - we expect ours will too.
