I chose ET Mechanics and am very pleased with installations, their efficiency and their service. Very professional and patient instructing me how to operate these new systems. Oil furnace and tank taken away, no mess and cleaned up all debris as they worked along. Glad I chose them and would recommend them to family and friends.

We purchased our heat pump several years ago from this company and also, we participate in the maintenance program. Maintenance program means we pay a small amount every month and our pump gets checked free of charge every 6 months. We love the heat pump and are very happy with the work of the technicians that come to our home. This past week we had a gentleman by the name of James here to do regular winter maintenance plus deep cleaning. All employees with this company are good but we found James to be very good. My husband I were both pleased. He was so courteous and took the time to explain everything and he did a great Job on cleaning. I would recommend both this company and James for any of your heat pump needs.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Very unprofessional workers who will spend an entire day trying the same fix over and over again just to rack your bill up only for the next day to try an actual fix that takes 1 hour then leave you with the mess they made. Manager does not take complaint seriously and workers will say anyhing but the truth. You are better off letting your house flood from a leak then to ever let these guys into your home or business. Again AVOID AT ALL COST!

The motor of my air exchanger stopped working, I could either change the motor or change the entire air exchanger. ET Mechanical helped to source the motor through their suppler and replaced it. The air exchanger is working properly now saving me the cost of replacing the entire system. Thanks guys

I had Tyler, kirk and two other gentlemen at my house for two days installing a ducked in heat pump. They worked very hard and never stopped. They were very friendly and curtious and wore their masks all the time. I would highly reccomend ET Mechanical for all your needs

A potential problem was discovered during a check up; follow up visit identified the source, fixed the problem, done and out within half an hour. As a Comfort Club member, there was no charge for any of this. Can't beat that!

Our heat pump stopped working a few weeks ago. Not knowing who initially installed it, I contacted ET Mechanical as they were one of the most reputable heating and cooling companies in my area. Unbelievably, they were able to dispatch a technician the same day I called. Justin was the initial tech to come to the house. He quickly diagnosed a capacitor failure and subsequently the compressor motor. He displayed an impressive level of technical knowledge and customer service abilities. He quickly ordered the replacement motor. Leaping ahead approx 10 days, the motor arrived and another appointment was made for the installation. Kyle was the tech who arrived for this part of the job. As with Justin, Kyle was also extremely competent in the installation and subsequent testing of our system. Again, his customer service was outstanding. I asked and he provided me with valuable information on how to use our air exchange system.

Both of these gentlemen were highly effective and professional during the repairs of our heat pump.

Sales rep was polite and didn't try to upsell. The two techs were equally polite and skilled. Installation went smooth and their electrician came by on time and completed the install. Everything was explained to me before the job was complete and they left the areas well cleaned.
