Star Shutters was a great company to do business with. They showed up to measure and quote, install and everything went as planned. Their price was excellent and since we were referred to them from a friend - we knew they could do a good job. Overall we did 5 rooms with average size windows and one massive picture window at the front of our house. The blinds are high quality (we went with wood) and we really love them.

Would highly recommend them to anyone needing shutters.

amazing team! from sales Andy to installation technician. very professional, give you the suggestions and tips, make the shutter perfectly match your home. the installation guys were absolutely unbelievable, 8 windows and 1 arch, less than 50 minutes! and very quiet, I could barely hear anything from downstairs, then the job was done! I'll definitely recommend them.

From start to finish STAR does not disappoint, impressed with their estimate, then with their customer service (and helpful tips), and then finally with their install; 3000 sq.ft. house had custom wood shutters installed in just over 2 hours (for install only). The guys were polite and efficient...time will tell regarding the quality of materials & workmanship, but as for now it looks great...totally transformed my house & I'm happy.

Used STAR's services twice in 5 months. Their shutters made my previous home look beautiful and I believe it helped to sell it in just 2 days. I also install them in my new home this time for our enjoyment. Really great and very good looking product. Excellent service from first visit to installation. It took them only 3 weeks to be back in my house with shutters for 23 windows+ patio door. They explained, more windows- better discount. 2,5 hours later they had them installed all with no mess around. They were the best out of 4 quotes the first time. The second time I had no quotes- called them at once. Excellent product, service and company. Highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic post sales support 4 years later.

Tony and Jeremy showed up promptly within the 90 minute window promised and quickly fixed the open (minor) issues we listed below.

Their commitment to excellence, even after years has passed shows top notch service and how business' should run when they take pride not just in their product, but their service and support.

After experiencing this - upgraded my 4/5 stars for overall satisfaction to 5/5.

We met with Cathy in their factory showroom and signed on after seeing some samples. This was in 2012.

Friendly, hard working and communicative they met all of their commitments. Showed up and completed all windows.

Happy with the quality, look and privacy they provide. Also keep any drafts out in the winter from the window.

It has been 4 years and minor issues to report - only 2 broken hinges and our back sliding door no longer stays shut without slowly opening when in a folded accordian position. I will be reaching out to have these fixed under my warranty.

Having some basic blinds in our home we decided to upgrade to shutters. After a recommendation from a friend, we decided to go with Stars. They were very prompt and Michael helped us with samples and ideas for the windows in our home (about 21 total). The installation date was set about 2 months after we decided to go with them (paid 25% deposit) and on the day of installation, three workers came to install the shutters. They were done in about 2 hours (probably less). The job was fantastic and we are thoroughly happy with the investment. They offer a 25 year warranty and even allow a one-time fix for any damages that we may cause free of charge. Overall, we are very happy with the company and the level of service and professionalism they offered throughout the experience.

Had every window in the house outfitted with shutters. Amazing job and excellent quality from Star for 16+ large windows and 3 patio sliding doors. All our family, friends and neighbours were impressed when they see the fitment and quality to price ratio. The final product alone yeilded 5 references for friends and neighbours. The process was great from the measurement appointment to the install date where the crew took extra care not to damage our new home. Give em a call, you won't regret it.
