Mobilier Philippe Dagenais

Hi we bought a leather loveseat at Philippe Dagenais, The piece looked very good and price was decent.

However, we are quite deceived by the quality : the loveseat is quite new, but after only a few days, creases were showing. Seat cushions definitively don't stay in place, and after only a month, it alrealy look worn.

After seating, even just for minutes, it look messy and have to be tied up.

I wonder how the leather will survive years... if it does.

Another point was the service, delivery was nice, but they have a "final sale" policy, wich they don't talk to much about, ( no exchange, no refund) ... and they urge you to take their extended warranty.
