Beater head needed a good clean up, Bill does great work. It keeps me coming back for all vacuum needs.

Bill came out to our home after my Wife sucked up a sock in the central vacuum. It was a very suborn removal and he did not quit until it was out! After all that, he even made some slight adjustments to the machine that made a world of difference to the functionality of the main unit.

Bill works careful (around the cars in the garage) and is very tidy and neat.

I cant recommend enough!

Our old central vacuum had stopped working, and after a poor experience with the original manufacturer decided to try Beam. Really happy with our decision to go with Beam as Bill had been great. He provided the best replacement option for a good deal compared to others, and was very quick in installing. He provided helpful tips and was very patient throughout and with our questions. Highly recommend this place if you are not only looking for a new central vacuum but good customer service as well!

Weve relied on the Etobicoke vacuum service centre for decades - first with a Beam built-Im vacuum and now with a Miele portable. Weve bought ours kids vacuums there too. The owner is smart, helpful, sensible, knowledgeable and Carries an excellent stock of machines and parts. Even though I now have to drive a distance to get there I do. I trust him and reply on his expertise. I cant recommend him highly enough.

I purchased a new beam to replace the old one we had And when the thing broke down after only a few months and would not turn on because the engine was burnt out as it was the last time , bill told us to bring it in for service they do not make house calls . They overcharge too . Beam is awful two expensive machines bike down in the same way . Beam is a terrible machine and Im not sure how this company got such glowing reviews . Stay away from both . The product is terrible and there is no service

Prompt and excellent service. A faulty central vac outlet was identified and replaced in one visit, and all other outlets were tested and found to be working. Attended at my home within one day of placing the call. Superb service.

Best there is. Bill is first class. Knows his business and is a fair and honest person. Recommended a unit that works great and installed it the next day.

The Etobicoke Service Centre is and has always been the best store in the West End of Toronto... Bill has excellent knowledge of all the products offered in the store and has years of experience with service to most makes and models.
