It was 3 days before Thanksgiving and I was in a hurry to get a dishwasher before Thanksgiving dinner, as who wants to hand wash dishes after dinner for 10. I phoned Ben’s and told them my price range. Matt was great and fun to chat with. Very personable. He quickly texted me 3 good options. I paid over the phone and the dishwasher was delivered the next day! Their delivery guy was very friendly and efficient. Their Installers were already booked up but I arranged for Installation with a Contractor Matt recommended.
In addition to great service at Ben’s, I had called a major competitor and their price for the same washer was $80 plus taxes more. Thanks Ben’s!
