Can't say enough of the service I received from Service Master Aurora. I dealt with the Vice President and not only was he very professional, everything he said he would do to make the job smooth he did. The Roofers that he hired was top notch and had the job done in such a way that I didn't even notice they were there. They were respectful, clean and got the job done in a quickly fashion. The VP even contacted us and did a final inspection to make sure we were happy and satisfied. What a fantastic experience.

They did not stand behind the work or product. Within a year there was cracking and problems and they did absolutely nothing. Didn't return calls. Creative Carpet, their subcontractors were also unresponsive.

They were rude and unaccountable. Do not use them.

Our insurance company sent Service Master to our home after we had a fire. They were quick to bring us fans to assist with cleaning up the foul smell, which we very much appreciate. The service after that was slow and it did take time to get the house painted and the carpet returned back to us but, it eventually was all done, everything looks clean and back to normal.

On December 23 I had a washer flood, just as we were to leave on vacation. Service master was there within 3 hours to start the cleanup. Then we arrived back from Xmas they promptly gave us a quote and completed the repair work.They cleaned the place really well afterwards.

Responded to a flood in our basement within 2 hours. Very professional, always keep us informed and worked well with our insurance company. End result was excellent, way beyond our expectations.
