Phoned Rhynos afternoon Nov. 10 re a blocked septic pipe. The service truck finally came at 5:50 p.m. The operator spent a total of 45 minutes at my house to clear the pipe. Invoice received for $431.25. They charged me the plumbing overtime rate of $135 twice (saying their minimum is 2 hrs). I was not told this when I called, they just mentioned that the after hours charge would be more than regular. I reached out to the Plumbing Manager as I see these charges as excessive. He was intransigent, insisting on the invoice total. This company is impervious to customer complaints and not only charges excessive rates but also unrelated to the actual the time on the job. My advice: DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

I couldn't be happier with the work Rhyno's did. If they weren't able to handle a task, they were great about recommending other contractors who were capable of doing great work and within our budget. They were fast and professional. Great job.

Rhyno Heating and Ventilation came to install a new electric boiler and hot water tank. They recommended Andrew Richardson for the electrical work needed for this job and co-ordinated their work with his. We were very happy with the work done. The only thing I would point out to anyone using this firm is that they charge 2% for Credit or Debit Card payment. I feel that they should be able to absorb the charges made from Credit Card companies, rather than putting it onto the customer. This was the reason they did not receive 10/10.
