Bathroom Renovation review in

Designix renovated my bathroom several years ago and for the last 5 years I have had water leaking in my walls.
Recently, in the course of another renovation that is adjacent to the problem bathroom, I discovered the source of the water leakage.
Designix negligently installed a drop in tub instead of a wall mount tub with the necessary lip, which allows the wall to cover the tub edge, thus creating a water tight seal.
Due to the installation of the drop in tub, there was no edge, just a flat surface allowing the water to leak
