The service is inadequate for the fact that the furnace ducts were not completely clean and functional, as well as the time the employee spent loitering. Money was spent and the work was not done.

Our kitchen faucet was not working and it kept stopping the flow of hot water every couple of seconds. I got very fed up and Mike from Auction Auger put in a new faucet for me with a sprayer. I love it and am very satisfied!

Overall, I was satisfied with the water softener. They did a really good job with the installation. They were very polite and friendly. And they did the job in a timely manner. It took about an hour and half. The only complaint that I have is that they would not give me even a general estimate on the phone. I had to wait until the installer came over for the cost. That way I could have did a comparison with other companies. I would say it was worth the money, but I would have liked to have known in advance the cost.

400 dollars for 2 hours of work of unclogging a sink? Glad they dont fix cars! the plumber was nice but the owners are not for the obvious. They want me to write 30 words, so what can i say, i have an unclogged sink that I could not do and only they can. I feel Raped!

Although Action Auger does great work and their plumbers are quite professional, you do pay fo rthat professionalism. They have braod levels of service, but only certain pay for service levels,so you may pay more than you actually need to if you paid exactly for what you had requested. Because of the cost I would not use them again.
