Laverne was the best. He explained in detail everything he was doing. Have had Gentlemen Plumbers in the past for large and small jobs several times. Very pleased with professionalism and Laverne's friendly manner.

Julio was wonderful. He came prepared with protective equipment, and originally to do 1 job. He patiently explained the costing and process and worked hard to keep the work areas neat and clean. It turned out we had a larger issue than whay I originally thought, and he provided more options for us without any pressure. I am very impressed with Julio and would definitely recommend him in the future.

The plumber just left, with 567 dollars in his pocket, for fixing a leak. Most of the expense comes from taking time to think, to evaluate, an obvious leak source, easily accessible. After close to an hour he said that the pipes in our house (PVC SCH40) are not standard and might not be available to purchase. Our house was built in 1993, so it came as a surprise, especially since there are more houses around with similar building dates. If he could not find a supplier for these pipes, the plumber said he would have to replace all the piping in our house, to be up to code. He eventually did find a supplier. With his trainee, they drove away and came back with the pipes. Only a few inches length were required, they kept the rest. The total cost: 567 dollars.
After the shock, in retrospect, with 1 minute Goggle search using the keywords “Edmonton PVC SCH40”, I found myself that it is readily available in from a retail hardware store in Edmonton
Finally, I tried to post my review directly on their website but to no avail. The company first wants to talk on the phone or meet in person. My perspective is that they can address the review itself.

Good company, excellent plumbers. They have done multiple systems in my home and all are without issue. The technicians are personable, knowledgeable, and committed to getting the job done right.

This company has very well trained service people. They are prompt, efficient and excel in communicating the challenges and remedies .
At each step, the plumber explained what he needed to do and why, asked for permission to carry out the task , and proceeded to do so.
All changes to the service were authorized by myself with a signature so there were no mis- steps regarding tasks and costs associated.
Very clean, respectful to the home and myself and I would highly recommend this company!

Plumber was very friendly. The toilet appeared to flush after the service, however I asked what would happen if the same problem re-occurred immediately after he left. He said unfortunately the warranty covers everything except for this type of service and that he appears to have fixed the clog. I asked what happens if he just pushed it down further and he says that it would be hard to prove it either way. None the less, my toilet is back to non flushing properly in under a week. This is the least used toilet in the home and could only have been flushed/used under 3-5 times since the visit. We are not even home during the day. to use it. Called in to customer service and said besides to be recharged for everything, there is nothing they can do. Very disappointed that almost 400$ did nothing but literally flushed down the drain.

the only company that answered my call for help.....came within 2 hours of the call.....limited access to the pipes needing work but had options for repair and materials/supplies to ensure the work was completed.....the technician was helpful, kind and educated me on a number of other plumbing issues

We had an issue with flooding in our basement, and we were not sure where it was coming from. Tom was very quick to respond and was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to solve our issue. Totally professional and very friendly. He also was happy to help when we asked him to check on another problem with our upstairs shower, and quickly resolved that issue as well. We will definitely use this company in the future, but hopefully not too soon in the future! Thanks again, Tom!

Plumber came within the specified time slot. Clearly discussed what was required, and charged the agreed upon price. Installation went smoothly. Home plumbing inspection also provided. I am very satisfied.

Had a leak at the base of toilet I called and was given an appt within 2 days. Tech came at time given and was very helpful. Fixed my issue within an hour and kept the area clean. Very personable and friendly. Will definitely request him again.
