I chose Great Northern based on the reviews I had seen online. Unfortunately, we made a mistake - this is the only contractor I have ever hired that I regret choosing.
The customer service is terrible. It seems to be a big organization that works in silos. The only bright spot was the sales representative - he was knowledgeable and thorough.
