This company does not seem to be able to handle complex situations. They played a guessing game with me, completing a costly repair which included breaking up floors, but it did not solve the problem. When the pipes backed up again a couple months later, I had to get another company to come in and finally solve the issue - and I had to break up the same floors to get to pipes that A Alert should have fixed the first time they were in there.
