Jayson was friendly, knowledgeable and professional during the consultation and throughout the process from booking to billing. The staff who came to top up our insulation were efficient and professional, and kept everything covered and clean. I would have liked before and after photos, but overall we were happy with the service provided.

Ideal upgraded our attic insulation a few years ago.

Recently, they replaced the roof on our house and garage.

We are also about to have them do our vinyl siding.

We had a frost problem in our attic so called Ideal and Jayson came out quickly, assessed the problem and provided a quote for the required work. The quote was reasonable so we asked them to proceed. Jayson assigned a team to come out right away. They did the work quickly, answer my questions and cleaned up afterwards. Great service overall.

Ideal vacuumed out all the existing wood chip/blown cellulose/black fibreglass, then vapour barriered with foam, then blew in new fibreglass.
