Overall we are very happy with the end result. Jayson went above and beyond to assist us to ensure we got the maximum amount from the insurance company as initially they were denying our claim.

The trades that came to our house were friendly and did a good job however we were disappointed about the mess they left post work. Ideal did send someone out however to do a cleanup after I let them know.

Overall i would use them again.

All the staff and/or subcontractors are very professional plus customer, service oriented.
The work done was excellent including the products used to complete the project.

They came when they scheduled, took less time than I expected, and cleaned up afterwards.

We were looking for a company to come in and add insulation to our attic, a friend suggested we call Ideal because he had been very happy with the job they had done for him. This is the second house Idea has done for me. They supply excellent product that should outlive me. The team came on a cold morning and had to shovel/sweep off the north side of the roof as there was several inches of snow remaining. The team worked thru a cold morning and windy conditions. The job was completed in two days and I am now set for winter weather without concern of damage to the house.

They sucked out all the 55 year old insulation and replaced it with new R-60 blown in. Did an awesome job and very clean and speedy.
