Rick and David did an awesome job!! The condo mangement company sent them in to top up our attic insulation. They discovered lack of insulation in some walls and jut-out areas of our townhouse which they looked after as well. Time was taken to explain to me what they were doing and why we were so cold last winter! They arrived early, were very professional, treated our home with respect and finished in two hours. When they left, you would never know that a contractor had been in the house.....everything was cleaned up and left as they found it. It was a pleasure.....thank you!

Ideal insulation was very professional from beginning to end. They showed up early and were very polite and respectful. They laid down painters sheets on my new hardwood floors and were very careful. They did an amazing clean up afterwards, and took extra time to answer our questions. They even told us if we had any more questions or concerns to please contact them. we had three different estimates, they were mid range, BUT provided more for our money. We felt very confident with what was going to happen, the guys came, had the air channels installed and then the insulation blown in in less than 3 hours, Our bedroom is much warmer, the whole house is much warmer. Would totally recommend this company, they have offices in Edmonton and that’s who we went through

Ideal arrived early as they said they would, and finished the job in a little less than a day. They covered open windows to prevent the house from cooling off too much and used plastic to protect the carpets near where they were working. Everything was cleaned up when the job was finished. Before and after photos were taken, and each step of the job was carefully explained. The two workers were polite, pleasant and worked quietly. The next day their supervisor arrived to check the quality and completeness of the job. I would definitely recommend Ideal Insulation and Roofing to others.

This wasn't the cheapest quote (or most expensive quote) but the job was completed with a minimum of fuss. It was carried out professionally, cheerfully and promptly. No attempt was made to oversell. We appreciate Ideal for its competent, efficient work.

My 35+ year old house needed much more attic insulation and air flow! I procrastinated doing that work for many years and then saw an online flyer for Ideal Insulation and Roofing. The folks at Ideal provided wonderful attention to the whole process. From the initial inspection and estimate, to booking the work, to the actual work upgrading the interior 'roof system' (about 2 and a half hours on one of the coldest days of the winter!), to upgrading roofing ventilation, and finally receiving the final invoice with information about Ideal submitting on my behalf the application for the Alberta home energy rebate program. Of note, was the replacement of bathroom vent hosing with insulated venting! No more condensation dripping in super cold weather! Wonderful service! Thanks!
