Shutters & Blinds review in Oakville

I purchased mini blinds. I thought this was a reputable company but it IS NOT. 1 month after my installation the blinds would no longer raise or lower. I called my sales person but could not reach him. When I related the complaint to the girl on reception I was told to remove the blinds and bring them to their facility in Burlington for repair. First of all I don't know how to remove them. Second of all this was during the first covid lockdown so I wasn't going anywhere. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I spent $500.00 on useless broken blinds with a useless lifetime warranty that I can't get any help with. I am a widowed 62 year old who will tell anyone don't trust this company. Save your money and make curtains!!!!

We don't have a client by the name of Lisa who purchased $500 in mini blinds from Shades of Home, Oakville.

We don't sell mini blinds. We don't have a showroom/store in Burlington. Our showrooms are in Oakville and North York. All of our sales people are female designers(no male salespeople). We don't have a receptionist, all calls are answered by myself, Steve, the owner.

I understand your frustration and I hope the company you purchased these from will come through for you and make this right.

We have been in business since 1985. We pride ourselves in our customer service. It would appear the company you purchased your mini blinds from does not.
