I am happy with the work, I would give 5 stars but the time line could be better.

There was removal of all materials and nonessential structures affected.
There was cleaning and disinfection.
Restoration of walls, insulation and drywall.
Painting.
Installation of new flooring.
Reinstallation of baseboards.

Titan was great to deal with, they responded quickly and everyone was so friendly and kind!

Removal of flooring and drywall ceiling removal and repair. Work was done timely, communication was good. Always informed when to expect workers and they were on time. We were satisfied with all work and employees.

Our basement flooded because of a sewer backup, Titan came in right away and cleaned everything up. They replaced everything and our basement looks new. Titan was great to work with .

Step one: tear-out of impacted interior finishes (drywall, flooring, electrical) after smoke and water damage. Whole house was professionally packed, stores or declared non-restorable. Titan worked closely with the homeowner and insurance adjuster.
Step two: replacement of hardwood flooring and LVT, complete house painting, replacement of exterior doors, re-wiring and electrical installations, plumbing (bathrooms) including replacement of toilets and tub, closet installation to replace lace mud room, new interior finishes in attached garage (location of original fire damage).
Step three: Kris Kasper inspected all work by Titan’s trades and sub-contractors to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.

Titan completed a flood restoration job for us. The day before we were to leave on vacation our kitchen and basement became flooded. Thomas and team handled everything professionally so we were still able to go for our vacation! Excellent work and customer service.

This home had substantial water damage from a broken water line. Repairs were required on the main floor of the home and the basement incurred the majority of the damage. This included removal of the basement ceiling, complete 3 pc. bathroom and removal of the drywall 2' from the floor throughout. Baseboards, casings, and flooring required replacement. What made the job so difficult was Titan had to work around an ongoing sewing business that had to continue to operate out of the home. We are thankful for the individuals from Titan for their patience and hard work. The job was completed to our satisfaction.

Titan construction did a great job on our basement renovation. The employees for Titan are friendly, respectful and hardworking. Especially Rob and Chad. The attention to detail and quality of finishing was exceptional. Each day they kept the workspace extremely clean which made living in a renovation more manageable.

Very impressed with Titan's work. They were prompt, tidy, and did great work. I'm would highly recommend them.
