We had a wonderful relationship with everyone in this company, from the owner, supervisors, carpenters and labourers. Everyone was professional, courteous and respectful. During the build there were a few extras we wanted and some we needed, Greyfield gave us prices for everything beforehand, we signed PO's and the work continued on schedule.
We would definetly recommend Greyfield Construction to anyone considering building or looking for a builder..

Peter Hillar and the team at Greyfield did an outstanding job of building a very complex garage project. It took us several years to get a building permit and then, finding the right construction company was an even bigger challenge. We needed the kind of shoring they put in for big buildings downtown but in an area that was 16' x 21', on a hillside on a very built up residential street with next to no working or staging space. They did ICF finished with stone work, a cedar shingled overhang and a green roof. Greyfield took on every challenge with ingenuity and good grace. The paperwork and the pricing was clear and fair. We highly recommend Greyfield Construction.

Although my experience with Greyfield was not as I had hoped, I will say that the workers were friendly and easy to get along with. The forman was very helpful and was always available to me when I had questions or concerns.
As you can see they used my review to try and promote themselves as a honest and reliable company. When I say that my experience was not as I had hoped, I mean it was a complete nightmare from beginning to end when it came to dealing with the upper management. My previous reviews had to be drastically tonned down due to legal threats from the company. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

With the added costs, mistakes, and bullying I experienced with the owner, I would not recommend Greyfield to anyone. He treated me like an adversary rather than a customer and took very little responsibility for the problems.
