Sunnyside Window Cleaning

We have been using sunnyside for years. they are great at windows and eaves. their cleaning staff goes the extra mile even when it comes to old windows and storm windows.

I hired sunnyside because my eavestrough was sagging and leaking at the back of my home. I called them and they came the next day for a quote. The repair work was done to my satisfaction. After yesterday's rainfall there was no more leaks. Great work, thanks very much.

We have been loyal customers of Sunnyside for many years now and they completely damaged my home. They sent an incompetent and might i add rude, person to add a downspout and do some repairs. The work he did was so horrible that i have major water damage to my basement. The guy placed a downspout near a window and water has directly been flowing into my newly renovated basement. The manager agreed with me initially and agreed to pay for the damages. They sent another guy to repair the spout (he too told me the original job was a hack). They are now refusing to pay for the damages to my basement totalling approx $3,000.00!! They are avoiding calling me back and are suggesting a token $500.00 for my troubles. I will NEVER EVER use this company again and do not recommend them.

Had Sunnyside cleaned our eavestroughs and subsequently installed leave guards last year. A few months ago received a call from them asking if we'd like our eavestroughs cleaned again. I declined since we now have leave guards but mentioned that one of the corners of the leave guards seems to be sticking out. She said she'd make a note to let the team know. Not really expecting anything out of that casual mentioning of the issue, I returned home one day to find a note in my mailbox saying they've fixed the issue! And that's not it. A week ago I sent them an email asking if they could come to inspect the leave guards because we could hear something trapped in the eavestroughs, walking around the house and after a heavy rain fall there were dead birds flushed down through the downspouts. They came to take a look two days later and confirmed that the installation looks intact. Although we still don't know how the birds went into the eavestroughs, we very much appreciate Sunnyside taking ownership of their work and providing such timely after-service. Thanks, Sunnyside, this is exactly what great customer care is about!!

They did my windows 4 years ago and did a great job. The last 2 years it's been absolutely terrible service. Windows weren't cleaned properly, then jammed back into place so they couldn't be opened. They never came back the first year to correct the jammed window. The second year when they came back to put the windows in properly, they broke a window. I still have one window that won't open. Would never use them again. Would never recommend them.

20+ years customer for windows and eaves with excellent service.
Last two years, eaves never got cleaned even though service was promised if weather OK. (WEEKS of excellent weather both years and multiple call to Sunnyside). One year...maybe. Two.... I'm looking for another company. Very disappointed.

They showed up a few hours late then promised. I had to call them to and whether they were coming. They realized their mistake then send 2 guys over. It was an ok job, I wouldn't say it was good or bad. I guess the price matched the job.
