Sunnyside Window Cleaning

We use Sunnyside every fall and spring and have good service through out. They have done some minor repairs for us and have always been reasonable with pricing. The only thing I would mention is that they do hound us a little at the time of year when the cleaning needs to be done. We don't mind getting a call but 2 calls and a voice mail should be more than enough. Would still recommend.

Polite receptionist and quick service but the eaves were not cleaned to our satisfaction. We called back to let them know and they will be sending a crew to complete the job. Good customer service.

We've used Sunnyside on two separate occasions to get our eavestrough and gutters cleaned and repaired. Both times they made the repairs quickly and efficiently. Now we don't have to worry about water damage to the house when it rains!

I also like that they are very fair with the pricing. Compared to 2 other companies I got quotes from, they came in at 1/3 the price!

I have always been pleased with Sunnyside's work and am happy to recommend their service to anyone. Scheduling the work is easy and quick when I call their office. Their guys have always been courteous and professional when working at my house. After having a bad experience with another company, I am glad I found Sunnyside.

For the past 5 years Sunnyside has always done a great job for us. We hire them to clean our windows and eaves every spring and fall. They always show up when promised and leave the windows shining. We can always rely on them to keep our eaves clear and free. In the spring, the servicemen noticed a few loose nails that support the eaves to the house so they spent the extra few minutes to fix the problem and didn't charge extra for that. I can see why so many people use Sunnyside. Keep up the good work.

I was given a call and quoted a price of $85 to clean the outside of my window and clean the eaves. Thinking that this was a very fair price, I agreed to let Sunnyside clean my windows and eaves. They had come to do each service separately and I was given an invoice of $85 for each service. I paid the $85 dollars +tax promptly, but then was told that the prices were separate and that I owed them another $85 + tax. I had called them as I was upset because I had felt that I had been deceived with the quote. I also had been upset that they left their sign in my garden without permission and asked if someone could pick up the sign. The person on the phone stated that she would talk to her boss and get someone to take the sign. I still have that darn sign 6 weeks later and I did not receive any call back from them about the price except for another invoice in the mail tor $85 +tax. Crappy management that is for sure...customers are not treated very well.

Sunnyside always does a wonderful job with our eaves and window cleanings...They are punctual and professional. During the most recent job, they repaired our eaves. This crew was terrific and had all the right parts and equipment to get the job done.

Trevor and Tony came out in Oct 2012 to wash our external window surfaces and did a fantastic job. Very polite, efficient service, even cleaned up sills for the windows they had to clean from the inside. Thanks again!
