Arcana Windows & Doors

Arcana is a company whose primary goal is customer satisfaction. We hired them to replace all the windows in our house, 3 exterior doors and 1 sliding glass door. Haim was very helpful during the consultation when making style decisions and the price offered was very competitive with other quotes we received.

Actual time from order to installation took longer than planned, but that's trying to get work done during covid. The installation crew arrived promptly every day, worked hard and did a good job cleaning up. The team was even able to make some changes during the installation to ensure we were satisfied with the end result.

We've already received lots of compliments on the update to our house, and can both hear and feel the difference of the updates. Overall I would absolutely recommend Arcana to anyone looking for Windows and door projects for their house.

Absolutely fantastic! We can't say anything less after working with Arcana Windows to replace the windows and patio door in our house. Dmitry and his team (Jay, Alex and Vladimir) were exemplary in every way, from the design of the windows at the start, to the installation of the final product. They were Innovative with their suggestions when we were looking for something a little different, e.g. our dining room window was transformed from a 'standard builder's' two pane casement window to one stunning large awning window. They totally understood our vision. Even our neighbours can't stop complementing us on how great our whole house looks! Thank you Arcana ... we highly recommend them!

Our windows all over the house were very drafty, and made our old house really cold in the winters. We reached out to Arcana back in March based largely on their huge number of positive reviews online. We looked at a few other companies too, and Arcana's price was much lower and more reasonable (one provider's quote was double what we were quoted with Arcana.

Supply chain/COVID-19 issues delayed things till November, but we finally got our install yesterday. Took about 6 hours in total for 8 windows, pretty much every window in our house. The two gentlemen who did the install were clean, efficient, and courteous. The new windows look and feel great, and the draft problem is completely gone. My expectations have been exceeded and I highly recommend Arcana.

We had a great experience with Haim and Arcana windows. We replaced our patio door to a massive 8 X 8 door. The staff went above and beyond to ensure the installation met our tight deadline even amidst the COVID delays. Very personable staff and reliable. Haim also has great design ideas for windows outside the conventional. Our window came with a scratch between the panes and Arcana promptly arranged a replacement. Highly recommend.

The cost was very reasonable and we are so pleased with our new windows and front door. The planner Haim was friendly and helpful assisting us with all questions. The installers were also friendly, professional and did an amazing job! We are very pleased with our new windows and front door and would recommend their services.

We got two new windows and a slider installed. They are always really fast to respond to come and quote, they generate the quote right away and follow up with the order shortly after. It took a while for the windows to come in but I think is mostly due to COVID and the distribution chain disruption. Once they were in though they booked an install date right away and came on time. We are really happy with the end result and will be calling them again as we slowly replace all our windows.

Great service from start to finish. Pricing is straightforward and everything is explained. I've had my front door replaced and two windows in my home and will continue to use this company going forward.

We ordered 3 new exterior doors and 2 replacement windows for our downtown Hamilton home and after expected Covid related delays they were installed this past week. WOW, the doors are amazing, they are well made and function perfectly. The windows are perfect and we are so happy with their functionality as well. What we are truly happy with is the amazing professional installation done by the Arcana Install team.
Our home is well over 100years old and nothing is square. The installation of the 3 doors proved to be very challenging.. so much precision cutting and fitting was needed. The 2 gentlemen took the time to make sure everything was installed perfectly. Plus they took the extra time to ensure the trim work was also beautiful and perfect. We could not be more happy with our decision to hire Arcana to provide and install our new doors and windows. We HIGHLY recommend them..
