Our sales rep, Dmitry, was a pleasure to deal with. Prompt responses to calls and emails, on time for our appointment, factual with information and no attempt to oversell. I would highly recommend dealing with him.
His installation crew, Warren and Cam did a superb job. They were polite, very capable, clean, friendly and professional. When the time comes to replace more windows I won't hesitate to call again.

We needed to replace our patio door which was the original when our home was built 30+ years ago. Haim arrived to provide a quote and was extremely knowledgeable and most importantly, zero sales pressure unlike other companies we had providing quotes.

The job was to make two windows in our basement larger. After our initial quote my wife and I were unsure of sizing and a few things. Haim came back and took the time to go through everything in more detail and make sure we were all the same page with what we were getting. The job was scheduled to take place over 2 days and they were able to complete it all in one day. The end result looks amazing and is a great start to our basement renovation.

We had our windows and doors installed last week and could not be happier. They reinsulated around the windows trimmed them out very neatly. They made all the metal capping on site and it looks great. They cleaned up all the material and took it away with them. Great Job
