For an appliance repair company it does not get any better than this. Their service was fast and professional. When we made the inquiry to have our washing machine repaired they answered all of our questions, quoted a firm price, and advised the part would arrive on Monday and said they would call us to establish a service call time for Tuesday. All of this happened exactly as promised. Jakob arrived on time and was very efficient in making the repair. What I liked most about him is that he was respectful of our home and very knowledgeable and wasted no time in making the repair getting our washing machine up and running. He is the owner and technician and employs his son to run the inside operation. This is a two man operation so you get reassurance of professional quality work every time. We will use this company again in the future and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

If you have any problem with your refrigeration or appliances I would highly recommend hiring KELOWNA REFRIGERATION & APPLIANCES. When I called to make an appointment the person answering my call was ever so polite and courteous and was able to find an appointment that worked for both of us.
When Jacob arrived he explained how they charged their service call and labour rates. I found the prices to be VERY acceptable. It was such a pleasure having Jacob in our house fixing our washing machine and garage fridge. He was quick to anticipate what the problems could be and let me in on the ways to avoid the problems and others from happening again. I was most impressed with the way the job was handled and more than motivated to pass on a “local family business” name of Kelowna Refrigeration. Our Miele cappuccino machine stopped working and Jakob came out to look at it. He knew everything there was to know about the machine and quoted the cost to fix it. Upon opening it up it was significantly more damaged than originally thought and it was a big undertaking to clean it and replace all the damaged parts. Even though it took longer than originally thought, Jakob stood by his quote. He also replaced some of the original plastic parts with steel ones so that we won't have the same issues in the future. I would highly recommend Jakob for any Miele repairs and will definitely use him in the future.

Jacob has a very professional attitude, assessed the problem, advised us of what was required, the cost detailed. Proceeded to address the problem, within the hour had the leak/noise resolved. We contacted Kelowna Refrigeration by email Saturday and our reply was received the same afternoon with a service date/time. Very impressed. Upon service being done were left with 5* for all aspects.
