While the above service was performed, there were 2 issues that were not addressed - still waiting to hear back, a week later and despite a promise for a prompt reply:
1. furnace switch was turned off and left there when the tech left - a mistake?
2. furnace (3+ years old) efficiency found to be 88% and is well below advertised value of 95% - why? Would like to know what the company plans to do as it is covered by the 10 year warranty
