Together with our neighbour we had our mutual driveway repaved by this company in 2009. They were quick in pulling out the old driveway and putting down the gravels. After a few weeks they came with the asphalt. Several people showed up including the boss that quoted us the job. It was one chaos, with really bad behaviour and language. The boss screamed at the worker and swears non stop. They didn’t do a good job in purring and we had to ask them to roll it better and have a better run off. They told us that the asphalt will settle in 5 days. After 5 days the asphalt was still really soft and we couldn’t drive on it. It took nearly a year until it hardens. We called several time the office and received no phone call back or told us that we have to wait. After two weeks Joe showed up and said that it is normal that it takes time to settle and that we drove to soon on it. As well it took several phone calls to get out invoice mailed to us. We are not happy with the quality of the asphalt the work and we wouldn’t recommend this company.

We had our interlocking at the side of the house done by Concord two summers ago-in 2008 (with warranty). After a year the stones close to the retaining wall started to cave in (sinking). We called several time last summer to fix the problem, Mike the salesman came over and said they will send someone to fix it. No one came. This year we started calling the company in Spring about the problem which now become worse, they keep on saying they will send someone to look and fix the it. Until now we are still waiting for the guys that the company is going to send to fix our interlocking.

Concord is not a very reliable company, do not give them your business.

Within less than a year of the work being completed, (with a one year warranty) the facing stonework on my porch started to fall off. Roy has not return a single phone call of which I have made over 20. Secretary ready with excuse why he can't call back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE.

unleveled drive way there are bumps all over the place and you can see the roller lines . They used to many stones in the asphalt and you can see them. They completed the job very quickly . its a big driveway which wasn't done to our liking.

Concord Paving signed a contract to replace the existing cracked garage floor and replace the old asphalt driveway in May,2007.
Within three weeks, cracks started to appear in the garage floor and then in the asphalt of the driveway. This happened to a neighbour also. Unfortunately, I did not consult the Better Business Bureau until after the fact or I would never have taken them for the job. After many phone calls and broken promises, I am suing in Small Claims Court to recover the costs involved so that I can get the work redone by a reputable company. So is my neighbour.
