Generally the technicians did a good job of cleaning the carpet but the experience was not as satisfied as I thought it would be. The technician came and made a sale pitch on some additional services like safeguard and deodorizer. I didn't expect that and really hope that this kind of services can be discussed during my phone conversation for quote. I probably would consider them anyway if I was told over the phone during the initial phone call. But now they did it this way, making me feel extremely uncomfortable to be put on the spot like that. I ended up paying for some of the additional services. So be aware if you are the kind of person like me who don't like to say no.
And the technician was not as careful around the house as I would like. He knocked down some picture frames on the wall, and damaged one of them. The piece that fell off got vacuumed way so now we can't even fix it. He also made some dents on the wall and damages to the base board. I feel that he could be more careful and maybe let me know when he made those damages as a courtesy. He didn't say anything and we only discovered those late that night. Maybe put away your frames on the wall when they come, or maybe the company should advise their technicians to be more careful. Who would thought cleaning the carpet means we have to fix the paint chips on the wall now...
