I pd $490 for the funace cleaning that included 28 vents and vacum, dryer cleaner. The guys did a good job however puntuality and customer service was an issue, but once addressed with their Managment Team I was very impressed with their service and treatment. They apologize and provided me with a superior service. Since they showed that they really care I will be using them again. Thank you very much for the awesome carpet and furnace cleaning. My home is still looking very frwsh.

I pd $490 for the funace cleaning that included 28 vents and vacum, dryer cleaner. The guys did a good job however puntuality and customer service is an issue. Once I complained to the GM on the phone since I missed the carpet cleaning that was already confirmed but they called before leaving the shop and my phobe battery died. I called to inquire and they told me that I now had to wait another 4-5 hours. They said the technician went to my place and left a bussiness card and rang my bell but he never did. I told GM I wanted someone like I have scheduled and mentionef what a horrible service. she then proceed to tell me that she was on my side and I should not let Alberta Carpet cleaning into my house. Yrs, very proffessional lady. I can keep going and going about this company but Not worth it. Just save yourself the hazzle and call some smaller company and they will do a better job and respect you as a customer.
