No warranty service if you need it
I had Crown paving tear up (May 2015) & repave my driveway in August 2015. Approximately 3 weeks after it was paved the driveway developed a large sunken area close to the garage door. I have left voicemails for Joe who doesn't respond & there is no one behind this company other than the great talking salesman. All calls are through a message centre so if your salesman doesn't call you back you have no recourse to get anything fixed. Once paid they are gone. The warranty is meaningless. I questioned Joe on the loose gravel base many times because I had seen other jobs and the gravel base on other jobs seemed to be solid, mine was not. He assured me that there wouldn't be an issue once it was paved and I had a two year warranty so not to worry. Well all I can say is the warranty is worthless. He doesn't return calls to fix their mistakes and there is no customer service just a call centre. I have a spot on my driveway with grass going through so I guess the thickness promised isn't there either. I have given them almost a year to make it right and they don't even come by it's just broken promises. After 11 months I have decided to do something about it because I am sincerely sick & tired of companies like this.
