Kempenfelt Windows & Doors - Barrie

We recently purchased an 1953 bungalow and our goal was to bring it back to a mid-century modern home. We are completely blown away with our windows, double sliding doors and entry doors! The Kempenfelt team was amazing, very tidy and kept us in the loop as the installation progressed. We also want to mention that in these crazy times with COVID-19, masks and distancing measures were in place over the few days that they were on site. Amazing product! My husband and I give our highest recommendation!

They replaced my back door and did great job. Went out their way to make sure everything looked great and completely cleaned up after the job too. I couldn't be more happy with the door. It was a bit more than some other quotes but well worth it. 100% would hire them again.

Just wanted to drop a line to say thank you for all of your assistance in helping choose the best windows and doors for our home and more importantly for the gentlemen that came to our home to do the work.

They were hardworking, polite and are men that take pride in what they do. I can't begin to tell you how impressed and happy we are with the job those men did. All through the project they were explaining to George and I how things worked and made sure we were happy with what they were doing. They took time to talk to us as people not just as another job. Please extend our appreciation to them.

When the siding finally goes up I will send you a picture of that house so you can see there work.

After shopping around, we chose to get a new front door from Kempenfelt Windows and Doors. From start to finish, we had nothing but excellent service. The salesman patiently showed us numerous options; the installer Ken and his crew did a meticulous job and were friendly and professional. We have a house that is 100 years old. The new door has added elegance to the front entrance. We are completely satisfied with this company. There was a bit of a delay in the expected delivery date, but this is times of COVID, so we didn't mind the extra wait......it was well worth it!

This is the third time we have used Kempenfelt and we were once again impressed with the quality and service. They did a wonderful job and left the area clean when they were finished. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

This is the second set of windows that were replaced by this company and we have been very happy with the results. The experience from the start to the finish is always a pleasure. I highly recommend this company!!

All employees were fantastic from the sales rep (Eric) to the installers Daryl and Conner. We are very happy and satisfied with the work. Definitely will recommend and use them again.

The men arrived in the designated period and got right to work. First laying down floor protection from the front door to each of the windows.
We were a bit worried due to the low ceiling of the Rec room, but they did not damage it and the trim job is great.
Was shown how they operate, especially the 'cleaning' feature - love it.
They cleaned up inside and out and took the garbage away. The men were courteous, business-like and worked expertly.
We have 2 more windows to replace in the other side of the basement and will be having Kempenfelt quote in the Spring.
