Reg's Appliance Repair

We have used Reg's services many times over the years. When our washing machine stopped rotating, we called Reg. He diagnosed the problem immediately, quickly repaired the machine with a part that he carried in his tool kit, and charged us a very fair price for the service call. Last month our refrigerator's ice maker stopped working. The manufacturer's replacement unit was not available (not surprising due to the current pandemic caused supply problems). Reg sourced an after market unit, and now we have ice again. This afternoon our dishwasher started leaking, so I called Reg. He is always fast, efficient and honest. We never consider using anyone else.

Reg came quickly and did fix the dryer however our washing machine started leaking immediately after he left when there was no problem with it before. When we called to ask about it he was rude, said he would call back (and never did) and hung up on us. He was unprofessional while he was here and gave no receipt or warranty for his work. I would absolutely not recommend his services as he also charged on the very high end for the service which took about 10 minutes. He did not put the dryer back in place after. We had to call someone else the next day to deal with the new issue.

15minute visit , nothing fixed ,charged above his rate and no parts provided but one broken. Left dirty boots on, no boot covers and used brand new dish towel to kneel and stand on! Unprofessional and rough. Very disappointed. No receipt and rushed out the door with the money.

We have used Reg's services 4 times over the years. He fixed our washing machine and dishwasher several years ago. More recently he installed our new gas stove. Today he fixed our dryer. He is always fast, efficient and honest. We never consider using anyone else.

Knows his stuff inside & out - quick diagnostics with no messing around, easy to talk with. Good to have this guy around!

Called him for 2 repairs:
- dryer was shorting - turned out to be an electical panel issue, not a dryer issue,
- tenant's fridge not cooling due to blocked ventilation openings behind the unit (accumulated junk falling down behind the unit) - luckily avoided a condenser/motor replacement;
