Dan was very quick in his response to a request for a quote by e-mail and his quote was very close to the actual cost after measuring and completing the job. Dan was very prompt and respectful in our home. He even moved the couch, love-seat and table back in place. He discussed the age of the carpet and break-down areas. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Dan was recommended to us from the company we purchased the flooring from. Highly recommend.
