Have been with this company since buying my house in 2007, when they were the only ones available to make an emergency repair call. I was so impressed I signed a service contract. They have been reliable without fail, and their technicians are unfailingly knowledgeable and respectful. They’ve even helped me out in dealing with other companies, when they had no stake in the outcome other than being kind. Murray, Helge, Cory are my regular service guys — I love that I know who to expect — and they are great. On occasion the person on the phones isn’t great, but nobody’s perfect.

I left the previous review, wanted to update to let the owner know again that I had left emails with the company (multiple) trying to update payment information..got no response...then out of nowhere on May the 4th they take out a payment directly, so maybe they found the information buried under a desk and then took the money out without providing me a receipt or any notice in my email. Once again the worst customer service I've ever jad in my life is with Abbey Air, completely disorganized, unco ordinary and rude to not respond to a customer and take money without providing any information that you found my bank info that you've had since the beginning. I highly recommend if you like structure and respect to not use this company based on my experiences with there customer service..pathetic.

Replaced our old water heater & mixing valve. Fast, efficient, neat & knowledgeable.
Hot water is now hotter & faster than the replaced unit.
Very, very pleased with their work. Highly recommend them.

Technicians Todd and Steve were great. They covered every surface with protective carpeting as to not damage any area in my house while they were working. Todd walked me through the entire installation process evening making the water flow better by having less 90 degree bends to the water heater. He also mentioned we may want our old main shut-off valve replaced since it was not fully closing. They did the job quick and left things tidy. Strongly recommend them.

Helge came and was very friendly and cleaned the furnace and did an exception job on cleaning the glass on the fireplace

Marcel and Kane did the installation and were very thorough, knowledgeable and efficient in their installations. Detailed explanations were given as to how to operate the new thermostat. They kept our home clean while moving in the new equipment and removing the old equipment.

Inspected HVAC and addressed a potential issue. Professionally done and results are as expected for this job.

I feel that Abbey Air provides a good service and peace of mind that proper maintenance is being done. Over the years, we have had Murray provide the service for us and he is a star!!! Thank you !
