Devin and Chris were polite and came when they said they would. They were helpful and efficient, even though our ac will need to be replaced they were able to fix it so we could have some cooling during the heat wave and wait for a new one.

The Abbey Air team who designed and installed our new AC and furnace was excellent. clean, efficient , knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Rob for you excellent cost arrangement, Chris for your help finding what product suited our technical needs and special thanks to Adam and Pete and crew for your diligent work with installations and explanations.

I had them come out to hook up a Pool heater and was immediately told that I had insufficient gas supply. Fair enough.

The technician told me it was MY responsibility to have it increased and that I should take it up with the person who sold me the Pool Heater. That's right, the HVAC guy I paid to come out and hook up my Heater told me it wasn't his job. It cost me $111 to have that professional consultation.
After a week of back and forth with Union Gas I was told the Abbey Air tech was just too lazy to fill out the form and that neither myself nor the retailer were authorized to do so.

Abbey Air offered no apology and acknowledged no wrong doing but said they'd apply the $111 to any future work they do. How generous.

Helge came out this am to service the air conditioner. While checking he found the capacitor was at lower level. He explained that during the summer while operating the unit most likely would break down, if I had it fixed now it would save $80. Service call. He had it fixed in a short time and was on his way. Have had Helge many tines for checking the furnace and air each year and would pick him all the time. Excellent service and worked recommend Abby air .

We are very pleased with Abbey Air services. We had our air onditioner repaired. The technician "Helge" was very knowledgeable, experienced and explained himself thoroughly on what he was repairing.

Murray did an excellent job as always. He was very professional and thorough. He has many years of experience and he loves his work.

Helge and Brendan resolved a start up noise problem with my A/C unit. They were professional and courteous. They took time to explain what they were doing and why. I have been an Abbey Air customer for many years. They have never given me a reason to look for another Heating and Air Conditioning company.

I just had my old furnace and air conditioner replaced last Friday, March 29th 2019 and was more than happy with the job. First the sales rep, Frank did such a fantastic job of his sales pitch that I abruptly cancelled two scheduled appointments that I had the next day. He was thorough and knew what he was talking about. He also got me a deal through Costco and together with a little rebate from the Ontario government as well as some rebate from Abbey Air I was able to save some money on the deal. He also follows through on what he promises, like getting me a technician to pair with my wifi which the installers were unable to do so. As it turned out I was given a new and better thermostat the following Monday. Now that's service. And oh, the installers were not bad either. The team of Adam, Pete, Todd and Andrew worked diligently all day and did a fantastic job. They were polite and Adam even took the time to explain what they were going to do and to ask them any questions that I may have for them. All in all I am extremely happy with the work that they all did and I would not hesitate to recommend Abbey Air to anyone.

Very happy with whole experience dealing with Abbey Air right from my initial phone call to their technician Joe arriving on time to fix my furnace. Joe diagnosed the issue, found the problem, ordered the part and returned next day to fix. Will definitely use them again and will recommend to all my friends.
