No Problem movers has great moving staff but terrible sales people. I should have known there would be an issue when Pedro tried to immediately sell me a $9.00 matress bag for $25.00. This is all about making as much money on you as possible. I had a simple move 1 bedroom from Brampton to Cambridge. I had moved the year before from Alliston to Cambridge for $820.00..see the issue. I was promised 2 wardrobe boxes at no charge and recieved none on the morning of the move and had to stuff my good clothes into two small dirty boxes. I didn't of course. The truck was twice as big as required therefore twice as costly on gas. Do not use these movers unless you want to be take to the cleaners.
I have responded personally to Mr Hasan but it looks like it will require more of my time to set the record straight:
Firstly, the team was there much more than 11 minutes earlier than was very specifically stated (no one was listening but this was only the beginning. Showing up ahead of schedule required me abandon my schedule and the work I was doing in the storage area to tend to them. I had everything staged and was specific about the fragile things I wished to take in my vehicle and which boxes and items they were to take. Again none of the details I gave ever got thru to anyone. Why ask the customer anything if you are going to ignore them and do what you want?
2. ( I am well aware of the mattress bag sizes I was curious as to why this seemed to be a major priority (selling me the bags rather than listening to what I wished moved and what I did not. ( I inexpensively took care of the mattress bags myself as I might suggest anyone dealing with No Problem movers do themselves as $25 is a complete rip off and they no more care about the box spring being covered as it was not but it seems very important that you fixate on describing and selling mattress bags.
To your point about the wardrobe boxes...in fact 3 were ordered. What difference does this make as none showed up. There seems to be more concern now about the wardrobe boxes than on the day of the move when no one cared.. The only option offered me were two small dirty boxes. The fact that you choose to underplay this and excuse my frustration under scores the fact that you still just don't get it..
Why are you so fixated in excuses rather than understanding your customers concerns or frustrations. Boxes provided at no additional cost that is absurd. I should hope so they were of no use to me and I threw them out anyway. The move cost me dearly FREE nothing was FREE.
4. The concern that Pedro threatened you to pull our crew out and lock up the truck is not only untrue
Pedro did indeed say that he would turn the truck and unload it back at the apartment and your and his response here is an out right FABRICATION. I need say no more about this as he did indeed threaten to do just that.
Pedro's view of this conversation is skewed to say the least...as soon as I expressed my frustration professionally but firmly he spoke over me basically telling me to be quiet as if he were speaking. A child would have been spoken to with more respect I believe. I realized at that moment that my concerns meant absolutely nothing and that I better as he said be quiet and listen to his excuses or risk having to do this mess all over again. When you are moving timing is everything and No Problem to full advantage of this as they knew and know that no customer would risk having their items locked up or turned back so they better not complain.
Pedro also mentioned to you 3 times he wants to take care of you and please call him when you calm down.
This statement is a joke and reasonable complaint can be spun to sound as he is presenting it.
As you had mentioned you were having a bad day
YES my bad day was entirely due to No Problem Movers and I was being pleasant as I always am to the movers who were not to blame for the mess this was in fact I tipped them because they were trying to make a bad situation better they were very respectful.
You in return hung up the phone.
I hung up because I was driving in heavy traffic and realized that there was no point to trying to get a word in as Pedro continued to talk over me. We have the recorded calls. (I also have recordings you may need them.
I haven't even mentioned the damage to my vintage radio or the living room floor or the fact that I moved more boxes myself and the bill was still unimaginably high. I didn't want to bring this into the equation because the guys were nice and raced to get things moved trying to keep the ridiculous bill down as best they could. I try never to shoot the messenger. You send these poor guys out there with no information and no tools.
I could go on and on but I have wasted enough of my time dealing with No Problem Movers. NO PROBLEM...HUH BIG PROBLEMS...
