This is an okay storage facility but it is pricey and there is no customer service to speak of. They keep very short hours and if you have a problem outside of those hours there is no one to help you. When you do reach someone, they are often rude and unhelpful. I left several messages for the facility manager over the course of 6 weeks and never received a call back. She was always out of the office or unavailable. Spoke to the owner who said all the right things but then proceeded to do nothing. If you expect customer service for your money, go elsewhere.
