My furnace want out on Saturday in freezing cold conditions, I called Airstream, the owner answered and was able to send someone out immediately. They didn't charge me after hour rate. Airstream heating's price was very fair and the service tech was very knowledgeable and got our furnace back up and working in no time.

Terrible service. Stay away from this company. They will do poor work and put a lien on your home for inadequate work and service. They then claim materials have been taken from sight and try an double charge you

I had a great experience! Highly recommend Airstream! They were knowableable, fast and efficient! They came out, were pleasant and did a good job. We we're very impressed and will call them again!

BEWARE: Please stay far away from this business! If my review could help just one person from getting overcharged I would feel better about being ripped off by this company and it's owner Ed.
He's a quick talker, he will sell snow to an Eskimo, and install the crappiest cheapest loudest furnace at a 35% premium over the completion. If you have a problem with their work, he will verbally abuse you and threaten to put a builders lien on your home, even though you've paid 90% of the bill and you're trying to reason with him about being price gouged when you realize he has completely ripped you off.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ED AND AIRSTREAM! Protect your money and home.

Hired to install furnaces and fireplace in new home. The fireplace was delivered to early and was the wrong type. The fireplace was used as a work bench by other trades while construction continued and became damaged. Company refused to replace the fireplace. I would not use this company again.
