The instoller (Morry)did more than a fair job and was very helpful
on some very stubborn plumbing issues.

I would have liked to be able to recommend this company after having a really shaky start with them. At first they delivered the wrong countertops. They took no responsibility at all. They had no proof that I ordered them, and no proof I hadn't. They were not budging at all. Basically told me it's what I ordered and that was that. After way too much discussion, they finally caved a bit and agreed to give me the countertops I wanted at their cost. So the ones that got delivered were paid for already, they were no good to me. So I had to re-order some more at their cost. So the job cost way more than it should have. I considered taking them to civil court. Had it been ten years ago, I would have. But now I realize there's a lot more important things in life than trying to prove you're right. I couldn't believe how they handled this. The right countertops finally got installed two days ago. The contractor, Wayne, did a good job. No problem there. I went into their office today to pay the remainder. They didn't even have the decency to ask if I was satisfied with the work. Nothing. All they did was take my money and that was it. Terrible, terrible customer service.

Mega counter tops was subcontracted through Home Depot to install my kitchen counter top.

They were 3 hours late for the install, the the counter top did not fit so I was then left without a counter top or sink for a week. They did not call me the day of the in stall to apologize for being late and for the mess up with the sizing and they damaged my wall. I was passed off too Home Depot Canada of which was pointless. The woman dealing with my case never had information and never got back to me when she said she would. The poor customer services from both Home Depot and mega counter tops is appalling. I would never recommend either company for sub contacting renovation work.

This company was sub-contracted by Home Depot to install a countertop in our newly renovated kitchen. The installer arrived late, was alone, caused damaged to the walls, dishwasher panel and installed one piece with a gap in the front. We have complained direct with Home Depot, contacted by a claims department in Ontario and have been waiting over two weeks for a response from the countertop company. Numerous emails to the claims department and no response. Never recommend again.

Mega Counter tops was subcontracted by Rona to install a wall to wall laminate in my bathroom. The area was far from square and the installer did an excellent job of belt sanding the piece to form a perfect fit. He was also polite and efficient.

I have delt with Les @ Mega on lots of different projects, knows his stuff, very fair pricing and a quality product. Never been late on delivery and can always answer any question I have had

I could not be more dissatisfied, disgusted really, with the lack of quality work supplied by Mega Countertops. Similtaneously I have then do counters for my place of business and my Mother's home.
The counter tops installed at my place of business were a joke. The store counter is used by customers as a bar to sit and have coffee while waiting for their service to be completed. The supports used were completely unsuitable making the counter a safety hazard. I was forced to install appropriate brackets (further cost to myself) to ensure the counter would not crash down when leaned upon.
The counters installed in my Mother's home do not match up (so she is unable to have a tile backsplash installed), are not level, and were never fastened down. One can only imagine how my Mother's excitement was turned to devastation upon seeing her new kitchen.
I am absolutely shocked by their lack of professionalism and integrity. Mega has done nothing to correct the mess. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to ensure no one else suffers the disappointment and financial hardship put upon me and my family.
