Waited over 4 hours for drop off. Every time I called they said another 10 minutes but that turned into 4 hours. Price is massive. After I shopped around I realized I was being charged $250 more then the other companies. Called for pick up as soon as it was dropped off which we managed to fill in 1 hour and they would not answer the phone or return messages. Called well before closing time. Bin came with a lot of dirt about 2 wheel barrows worth which robbed us of disposal space. Highly not recommended and highly priced.

They are unable to keep to promised pick up timelines and the dispatcher does not seem to be able to keep track of calls. Get orders and promises in writing. Dispatcher waited for the asking why it had not been collected and claims that was the first call for pick up. Suggests unable to properly track requests or manage client expectations. Avoid them or get it in writing.
