I contacted Mayfair Drapery to come to my house to discuss drapery for my living/dining room. Mark arrived with samples and it was clear he had been doing this a long time. We decided on the material and style right then. About three weeks later an installer was back with our custom drapes. We are very happy with the service and the finished product.

Purchased 4 custom Shadomatic blinds in June 2017. Six months later none of the blinds will return to an even position and thus remain lop-sided with a gap between sill and blind. Called Mayfair who disavowed any responsibility. Charge $100 per blind and $15 for each additional blind to asses. Additional fee to return Maxxmar Shadomatic for assessment. Emailed me Maxxmar’s warranty as if that was a help. Insisted if there was a problem had to be reported within a few weeks of purchase. Contrast with another company’s service to us with the Hunter Douglas blinds purchased, blinds with a 7 year warranty and no charge to send in. Message: Avoid.

I had drapes made for the living room and had them also put blinds on all the rest of my windows throughout my home. They came to my home and had samples to pick from and they did the measurements. I am happy with all of them.

I ordered several custom vertical blinds with aluminum valances. I also ordered some drapes. the whole sales process went very well. Installation was a bit of a process, they had to come 2 or 3 times because they were missing the pieces they needed to install the blinds. They could have been more efficient. However, they look great not, I have had no issues.

I saw an advertisement for Mayfair when I was on the market for drapes. I found them to be very helpful and reliable. The quality is very good. I am happy with the end result.

I have used this company a few times. They have integrity.Most recently I had shears made and a valance. They are helpful with picking the style and fabric most appropriate. They discuss the fabric type, colour and care. It takes about 2 to 3 weeks to get them made and installed, but that is to be expected.

I had Mayfair make custom drapes for my living and dining room, and 2 bedrooms. The initial consultant assisted in helping me pick the colors, the style and fabrics. It was wonderful working with them. The installation crew were professional and friendly. They did a great job with no mess. They were delivered on time when promised. I will use them again.

The whole process was easy. I already had my fabric for the valances. I am really happy with them and feel that I got a good deal. I had friends that used them before so I was confident in using them myself. I have referred them to others.

I have used Mayfair in my home and also in some of my rental units. I am impressed with the quality of their products and their service. I have bought from other companies, paid more money and not been as happy as I am with Mayfair. Recently I had them make custom power roller shades for the front of my condo that totals 38 feet of windows. Yes, it cost a lot but it was a large area to cover. They also made drapes for our two bedrooms.

This was the third time I had used Mayfair Drapery. Many years ago I had them install the old vertical blinds in my condo. Later we got them to replace those old blinds with new. This third time I had sheers and blinds made, the installers are very good too. They also do upholstery and very soon I will have them re upholster a chair and ottoman for me.
