I hired blue line to move me at the end of June. The move out of my house was a joke. The 3 guys they sent me argued with each other, one guy was not strong enough for the job, and they got me involved with their argument and put ME on the phone with their boss to try and help them get a different mover there to replace the one who couldn't handle the job. One guy sparked a conversation with my brother about illegal drugs. I would have to say this group of movers were quite unprofessional. This isn't the worst part. There were complications with my move in, and we were unable to move in. I spoke to someone at blue line who was very helpful, and helped me with storage for the two days I wasn't able to move in. I was starting to think that they were redeeming themselves for the move out. They even sent me a much better crew for the move into my house and I was actually starting to think of them as a great company who just had a couple bad employees. That was until we realized a box was missing. I spoke to the gentleman on the phone who admitted that he unpacked this box and left it on the porch before the other people were moved out of their house. Now this box is missing, and I have called 3-4 times to speak with (who I am assuming is the boss) Bob as he was the one who was being most helpful during the process. Conviently bob is no where to be found, every time I call to discuss the situation, he is confidently out of the office, I even sent an email to them directed to bob, still no response! I call, I email, nothing! I leave messages with other employees, they just get ignored. The box which was missing contained my wife's makeup, hair straightener, hair curler, basically lots of expensive stuff, but these guys won't even give me the courtesy of a call back or email back.
I URGE YOU NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY. I have never been so frustrated. You're better off using a company who is a little more expensive per hour, as it all even out in the end.
