Dale arrived and quickly got to work. It was a difficult place to work in but no complaints from him. He had the problem figured out and fixed in no time.
Was very helpful in letting us know how to avoid this issue in the future as well.
I was very impressed with the office staff as well, very friendly and helpful and had someone out the day after I contacted them.
