Odyssey Fireplaces Ltd

Last year I had my gas fireplace serviced. Shortly after I began having problems with the power vent coming on itself without the gas fireplace. I have been waiting since last November 2019 for a new part. As of late, I have called the Etobicoke location three times and left messages over the last two weeks and no one calls me back to help with this problem. I have also tried calling Frank and the Woodbridge location. - The Woodbridge phone number says "this number is out of service. So what started out to be great service has serious declined to the point that I have to assess this company at 0/10.
