Here is what I liked. this wasn't a pushy sales rep. Her info was accurate and correct and I found her to be very helpful, personable and offered several alternatives I could choose from.
From the time that the measurements were completed and the installation appointment was made was surprisingly fast. They were very accommodating in finding a mutually convenient date and I felt like all was done at my convenience.

The installation was fast and efficient and non intrusive. I overheard the installer giving direction to one of the other guys I am guessing he was just learning the trade and he had a really nice manner about the way to complete the task. The clean up was perfect in fact I think the flower bed looked better after they left than when they came. Very meticulous and when I suggested clean up of the flower bed was not important they still cleaned it all up. this is truly the work of professionals
I would recommend this company to everyone I meet starting with who to call for the sales rep. The product is superior and the cost is more reasonable than the competitors and you get better quality. For a change I found really great people to do the work. I looked at the previous installed window I had done although they are All Weather Windows, they were not installed by your company and there a shocking difference. I regret not having your company install the other ones... lesson learned.
