It was Friday, December 30th and we couldn't get out the front door.

I looked up locksmiths on 411.ca, Google and Homestars. I called 3 different locksmiths, got 3 different prices, and 3 totally different attitudes.

Safe-guard's price was very competitive, but the main reason I chose them was the very helpful woman I spoke to when I called. She explained the procedure to me, including the extra issues involved with Medeco locks, and was very patient in answering all my questions.

Curtis arrived about an hour later. He was very professional, checked all the Medeco locks and the door handle as well. He explained everything he was doing, made suggestions for dealing with the door handle and solved our problem right away. Great! Thanks!

My front door lock was sticking and I called the company and they made an appointment for that day. They called before they came like they said they would. They showed up on time. The repair was done quickly. Very pleased with the work.

Norman, the owner, and his assistant Curtis arrived on time and methodically checked the locking mechanism in the panic bar. Not only did they fix the problem, they found and fixed a problem (bottom spindle not dropping down far enough) we didn't know we had. Norman clearly explained what was wrong and what they did to fix it.
