Dust B Gone Hardwood Floor Refinishing

An 8 month disaster ....
The initial install that was supposed to take 2 weeks took 5 weeks - delayed our kitchen install, hence we couldn't use the house for our any part of our daughter's wedding.

They were in such a rush at the end of the 5 weeks that they just stained over our great room without having completed the sanding - all you saw were sanding marks under the finish. Also did not put on the coats of finish in the entire house (we ended up doing it).

The re-do in Feb/ March took over a month and in the end we had to finish the job.

In summary, arrive when they want to, work partial days, never are there when they say they will be, etc, etc, etc.

They did a horrible horrible job. Do not under and circumstances use them. They splashed and smeared stain onto the hardwood and left a huge mess of my floor. Had to pay a real contractor to come in and fix the problem.

Highly recommended people for floor refinishing. They worked really fast and were done doing my patio in a day. The charges were very reasonable considering the size of my patio and they needed no help whatsoever from me. Thumbs up for this Company.

I had Lee from Dust-B-Gone install an unfinished oak hardwood floor in my Cambridge home. He did a great job and there was no dust, just as promised in the sanding and refinishing stage!
